Operations & Risk Manager
Abi joined Pride in 2022 to lead the way for improved compliance and quality assurance. With almost 20 years’ experience in this industry she is a fantastic asset to the Pride Pack.
Abi joins us after working at RICS, our regulatory body, for over 6 years, where she gained a wealth of knowledge about Standards, Regulations and will now be focusing on ensuring Pride remains at the forefront of the market, offering a ‘Best in Class’ service and quality, consistently striving for excellence.
Some may now know Abi as our very own ‘Queen of Compliance’ but she does far more than that. She has a keen eye for detail and is constantly pushing for perfection in everything we do.
Abi started her career as a qualified accountant, though after a few short years decided it just wasn’t quite what she was looking for. Though, over the years Abi has been lucky enough to gain a wide range of experience and worked her way through various different sectors of the Built Environment including Construction, Engineering but mainly Surveying.
After 7 Years of being ‘Chief in Charge of Everything’ for JLL Exeter, she made the jump across to RICS to see what it was like ‘on the other side’ and during that time she even built the RICS Insight Community.
