A multi award-winning chartered FRICS surveyor who has truly achieved over and above his years in both his contribution to the industry, the profession and in business. He has a relentless pursuit for excellence in himself and his team which is second to none. He has an outstanding reputation in the market which reflects his love of the profession and demonstrates how hard he works.

 

Having made the active decision to leave a multi-disciplinary business, identifying a gap in the market to create a truly unique 100% dedicated specialist Independent Monitoring Surveying (IMS) practice with quality and client experience being the sole business driver.

 

Blane leads the Pride with no compromise on quality of service, an unrivalled pursuit of excellence in the specialism, a personal approach to every instruction and a passion to ensure the client receives a best in class experience.

 

Blane is at the forefront of the Independent Monitoring Surveying (IMS) profession, having supported the RICS in establishing an IMS pathway, volunteering his time and expertise to support the review and development of new pathways and competencies. His contribution will help to ensure the framework continues to reflect industry practices and inspire future generations.

 

Prior to Pride, Blane has worked for a number of established companies such as Deloitte LLP, JLL, UBS Investment Bank and Naismiths Limited. Having utilised this experience to establish a truly distinct market-leading surveying practice.

Ryan Lunham
Director

Joining Pride in 2021, Ryan has a comprehensive understanding of both commercial and residential sectors having been involved in a wide range of schemes over the past 17 years.


He has specialised in project monitoring for high street and Merchant Banks, covering all aspects of property funding. Ryan has built up and maintained excellent relationships with funders, developers, borrowers and construction professionals across the industry during this period.


Focussing on the Midlands region, Ryan will continue to deliver high-quality services and take a personal approach to every instruction and a passion to ensure the client receives a high-class service.


Away from work, Ryan is a keen golfer where he is a member at Olton golf club and likes to get out on the golf course as regularly as possible.

Ewan Crispin MRICS
Director

Ewan has a wealth of experience spanning strategic development, valuation, Project management and leasehold reform work. However, after over half a decade of Independent Monitoring Surveying, Ewan has honed these skills into becoming an expert in his field with first-hand experience in a variety of sectors, regions, funders, developers and economic trends.
 
Having been one of, if not, the youngest Chartered Surveyor in the country when becoming a member, Ewan has continued to grow professionally and in a team environment by maintaining the highest standards, his keen attention to detail, and the cultivation of strong working relationships.
 
When Ewan isn’t working, he loves to play a whole host of sports; tennis, football, rugby and golf are his current favourites. Watching the Six nations at a good pub is Ewan’s ideal way to spend a weekend afternoon.

Matthew Lanzilotto MRICS
Director

Highly experienced and professional chartered MRICS surveyor prioritising the quality of service delivered and the importance of excellent client relationships.
 
Having commenced his career in the construction industry as a fresh-faced undergraduate working with a national contractor, Matt has since worked across both global and niche consultancy businesses within the real estate sector including latterly a leading Independent Monitoring Surveying consultancy. He has gained wide experience in pre and post-contract services, including estimating, value engineering, options appraisals, cost planning and tender actions, affording him specialist knowledge and skills applicable to bank monitoring which he has specialised in for the last 10 years.
 
Matt likes to take a pragmatic and straightforward approach with proactive management of stakeholders and excellent technical knowledge all underpinned by a cooperative attitude.
 
Outside work, Matt is kept on his toes by three young children, a lively Appenzeller and the upkeep of a large fruit and vegetable garden.

Luke Voce MRICS
Director

Joining Pride in 2022, Luke brings with him over a decade’s worth of experience in the surveying industry and has specialised as an Independent Monitoring Surveyor for the last 6 years.

 

With a Law degree to his name from the University of Liverpool, Luke went on to complete a Masters degree in Building Surveying at Nottingham Trent University, where he thrived in learning the intricacies of the construction industry. Graduating with a Distinction, Luke then achieved his MRICS Chartered status at a large international multi-disciplinary firm just 3 years later, one of the fastest to do so from his cohort of graduates.

 

Luke has since gone on to gain a wealth of knowledge and experience over the years as a Chartered Surveyor, working on a variety of contracts and projects with values up to £50m across the UK. Luke has a keen eye for detail, and his pragmatic approach and technical skill set enable him to develop strong relationships with funders, borrowers, consultants and contractors alike.

 

Outside of work, Luke is an avid football fan and enjoys staying active, playing tennis and golf whenever possible.

Holly Callan
Associate Director

Holly joined Pride in 2021 to bolster the South-West region. Having previously worked at Currie & Brown and Watts in Bristol, she has a thorough understanding of the local market and a strong network of regional developers and professionals. 
 
She has a wide range of dedicated experience including residential (private and affordable), commercial and care facilities.
 
Holly has an unparalleled passion for independent project monitoring and her approach to every instruction is personal and professional. She prides herself on offering the finest quality of service to both the Funder and Developer.

Abi Palmer-Greenwood
Operations & Risk Manager

Abi joined Pride in 2022 to lead the way for improved compliance and quality assurance. With almost 20 years’ experience in this industry she is a fantastic asset to the Pride Pack.

Abi joins us after working at RICS, our regulatory body, for over 6 years, where she gained a wealth of knowledge about Standards, Regulations and will now be focusing on ensuring Pride remains at the forefront of the market, offering a ‘Best in Class’ service and quality, consistently striving for excellence.  

Some may now know Abi as our very own ‘Queen of Compliance’ but she does far more than that. She has a keen eye for detail and is constantly pushing for perfection in everything we do.

Abi started her career as a qualified accountant, though after a few short years decided it just wasn’t quite what she was looking for. Though, over the years Abi has been lucky enough to gain a wide range of experience and worked her way through various different sectors of the Built Environment including Construction, Engineering but mainly Surveying.

After 7 Years of being ‘Chief in Charge of Everything’ for JLL Exeter, she made the jump across to RICS to see what it was like ‘on the other side’ and during that time she even built the RICS Insight Community.
